This was an interesting project that involved sculpting waves out of urethane foam, the sand areas were sculpted out of plaster, the upper sky portion takes on a different look at night, during the day it is a bright blue sky with the sun shinning, at night the sun transforms into a moon as the fiberoptic stars twinkle.
